Massively multiplexed seromics assays were performed on 120 HCC patients, 60 cirrhosis patients, 60 hepatitis B patients, and 23 healthy controls (21K HuProt proteins, 730K HuScan peptides, 480K VirScan peptides). Patient antibody hits were binarized and filtered to retain antigens with ≥3 reactions across all groups. PhIP-Seq hits (HuScan/VirScan) are visualized as log2-fold-changes; protein microarray hits (HuProt) are visualized as intra-array Z-scores on log2 transformed raw data. Non-passing signals are shown as null. Fisher's exact tests compare reactivity proportions between sample groups. Benjamini-Hochberg correction (α = 0.05) was applied within each case group across all platforms simultaneously.
